Pittsburg, CA (March 30, 2022)Terrence McNeal-Bonner, a 35-year-old Antioch resident, died following a pedestrian accident that occurred on Highway 4.

The East Bay Times News reported McNeal-Bonner was seen walking in the eastbound direction on the highway. In the area just east of Loveridge Road onramp, an oncoming motorist failed to notice and struck the pedestrian. The catastrophic incident took place on March 29, Tuesday.

Terrence McNeal-Bonner Dies in Pittsburg Pedestrian Accident

Shortly after 10:50 p.m., emergency crews arrived at the site. First responders found the victim lying on the ground. Paramedics performed life-saving measures to the victim but he sadly succumbed to his injuries and died. Authorities later identified the deceased as Terrence McNeal-Bonner.

Meanwhile, officials mentioned the driver of the gray Toyota Camry stopped after the collision. The motorist appeared unharmed and cooperated with the investigation process.

Detectives continue to work at this time to determine liability in the deadly pedestrian accident on Highway 4 in Pittsburg.
