Woman, 19, Fatally Injured in Coachella Crash

COACHELLA, Calif. (July 31, 2024) — A 19-year-old woman from Spring, Texas, suffered fatal injuries in an accident early Monday on the Interstate 10 Freeway at Dillon Road in Coachella.

The accident occurred at around 12:07 a.m. in the westbound lanes of the I-10 Freeway, according to the Riverside County Sheriff Coroner.

Investigators are working to determine the cause of the death for the woman and liability for the Coachella accident on the 10 Freeway.
