
One Injured in 2-Vehicle Crash on State Route 85 in Riverside County
RIVERSIDE COUNTY, Calif. (Nov. 27, 2024) — One person was injured in a Thermal car accident Wednesday afternoon at Highway 85 and 62nd Avenue in Riverside County.
The two-vehicle collision occurred at 12:04 p.m. on Nov. 27th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the drivers of a gray Toyota Carmy and a Ford Focus were involved. One of the vehicles was traveling southbound on SR-86 when the other motorist on 62nd Avenue allegedly failed to stop for the traffic light, the report said.
Cal Fire Riverside County responded with paramedics and transported one person from the silver car to a hospital with complaints of pain.
Tow trucks removed both of the vehicles and investigators are working to determine liability for the Thermal car accident on Highway 85.
