Rollover Collision Near Dillon Road Friday
Thermal, CA (January 7, 2022) – A traffic accident that occurred Friday on Interstate 10 resulted in injuries, according to the California Highway Patrol dispatch.
Earlier reports indicated a passenger vehicle rolled over on the eastbound lanes of I-10 near Dillon Road. Officials mentioned the overturned car appeared to be a blue Jeep Cherokee. The automobile came to a rest flipped near the center divider of the freeway.
Per CHP log, one occupant got out of the wreckage and asked help from the driver sleeping inside a semi truck parked nearby.
Responding medical personnel rendered aid to all possible victims in the accident. After the evaluation, authorities confirmed at least one person sustained injuries as a result of the collision. The name and age of the injured party have not been discussed thus far.
Detectives continue to investigate the precise cause of the major injury car accident on Interstate 10 in Thermal.
