
3 Injured in Thermal Crash at Avenue 66 and Harrison Street
THERMAL, CA (April 8, 2023) – Several were hospitalized after a crash at Avenue 66 and Harrison Street in Thermal.
According to the KESQ News and My News LA, the accident took place on Saturday morning. Officers reported the wreck on April 8 at around 8:55 a.m.
The Riverside County Fire Department said two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Thermal. The cars crashed at the intersection of Avenue 66 and Harrison Street.
2 Vehicles Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene. They found a total of three people who ended up hurt as a result of the collision.
An air ambulance flew one victim to a hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries. A ground ambulance rushed the other two patients for further aid.
The reports did not disclose the names of the wounded parties and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, the cause of the Thermal crash is still under investigation.
Officers forced the area of Avenue 66 and Harrison Street to shut down following the wreck.
