
CORONA, CALIF. (February 27, 2023) – Thomas Cervantes, 32, of Riverside, died and two others were injured in a crash at Temescal Canyon and Foster roads in Temescal Valley.
The traffic accident took place about 3:45 p.m. on Thursday afternoon February 23rd at the Riverside County intersection.
The Riverside County Fire Department said two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Temescal Valley.
Firefighters and paramedics responded and located Thomas Cervantes suffering major injuries. Sadly, he died at the scene and the other two people were treated for serious and minor injuries.
At least one person was hospitalized following the crash, but there are no further details.
The California Highway Patrol closed down the road to investigate.
