THOUSAND PALMS, Calif. (MAY 13, 2014) —A driver lost control of their car and overturned after being rear-ended in a two-vehicle crash Tuesday morning on the eastbound Interstate 10 Freeway just east of Cook Street, according to a dispatch by the California Highway Patrol.
About 4:02 a.m., CHP officers responded to the collision involving a maroon Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck that was rear-ended by a vehicle. Paramedics responded to the crash to assist those who were injured.
“Police will investigate this crash and issue a report assigning liability,” said Attorney James Johnson. “The report is typically issued approximately a week or two after a crash involving minor injuries.”
