Three Hurt in Willowbrook Crash at Rosecrans Avenue, San Pedro Street
WILLOWBROOK, Calif. (March 23, 2026) — Authorities are investigating a two-vehicle crash that left three people injured last night at Rosecrans Avenue and San Pedro Street in Willowbrook, in the southeast Los Angeles County area.
The collision was reported on Sunday, March 22nd around 9:40 p.m. at East Rosecrans Avenue and South San Pedro Street, according to the California Highway Patrol. A witness told officers that a dark-colored sedan may have been speeding prior to the crash.
The same witness reported that one of the drivers remained inside a vehicle, suffering from severe injuries and struggling to breathe.
Video from the scene showed a red Lexus sedan up on a sidewalk after apparently crashing into a tree. A man was seen seated nearby as a CHP officer stood with him. Paramedics were also observed treating an injured woman next to a black sedan before taking her to a hospital.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
