FRESNO, California — An article by Fresnobee reported a major injury crash that took place on Shaw Avenue morning of March 6.
At approximately 11:30 a.m., the driver of a blue El Camino suddenly lost control on the eastbound of Shaw, veered onto the embankment, and then slammed against the side of a concrete wall of the railroad overpass. The collision sheared off part of the truck.
Firefighters rescued from the scene and transported to a trauma center a 59-year-old male driver, a 32-year-old male, and a 26-year-old female. Both men sustained serious injuries while the woman was reportedly in critical condition.
Identities and relationships of the injured were not immediately known.
The area between Marks and Van Ness avenues was closed to give way to the investigation, as per the article.
