Motorists in general are obliged to obey road safety precautions and traffic rules to avoid deadly accidents. In this case, although the crash remains under investigation, Mr. Edwin Boyce will likely be held responsible for causing the tragedy. He is suspected of driving under the influence, which is considered as a serious crime nationwide especially if another party was killed or injured in the process.
