Utah Man Killed in San Diego Motorcycle Accident

 Timothy Yadon Fatal Chula Vista Motorcycle Crash Olympic Parkway in San DiegoCHULA VISTA, Calif. (August 10, 2021) – Timothy Yadon, 43, of Lehi, Utah, died July 24th in a Chula Vista motorcycle accident in San Diego, California.

The 43-year-old man suffered serious injuries following a motorcycle accident with another motorist on Olympic Parkway at Windingwalk Road, according to the San Diego Medical Examiner.

The collision happened about 11:41 a.m. on Saturday, July 24th, the coroner said. The motorcyclist was stopped at a traffic light when he was rear-ended by a driver in an SUV, the report said.

Someone called 911 for help and paramedics responded to the crash scene. They located the injured motorcycle rider lying unconscious on the ground.

An ambulance rushed Timothy Ryan Yadon to Scripps Mercy Hospital in San Diego for treatment and further evaluation. Sadly, the Utah man died of his injuries later the same day at 5:35 p.m.

The Chula Vista Police Department is heading up the investigation into liability for the deadly crash.

The family created a Go Fund Me page to raise money to bring the father of three girls back to Utah.
