Stanton Man, 45, Struck and Killed on Beach Boulevard

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. (April 24, 2025) — Todd Anthony Wilkins, 45, has been identified as the pedestrian killed in a car accident last week on Beach Boulevard at Talbert Avenue in Huntington Beach.

The deadly crash occurred around 12:10 a.m. on Wednesday, April 16th, 2025, according to the Huntington Beach Police Department (HBPD).

Huntington Beach police responded to a traffic collision between a northbound green Honda CRV and a pedestrian, just north of Talbert Avenue near the cemetery. The 45-year-old Stanton man was found unconscious in the roadway. Meanwhile, the driver, a 73-year-old Santa Ana man in the Honda, stopped and cooperated with police.

Paramedics responded, but the man died at the scene of the accident. There were no other injuries.

The HBPD’s Multidisciplinary Accident Investigation Team (MAIT) is heading up the investigation.
