Pedestrian Accident Investigation
An investigation into this collision is underway to determine fault.
If a negligent driver caused a collision that left you with injuries or the loss of a loved one, you may have grounds for a personal injury claim.
It’s important to note, however, that it’s quite common for insurance companies to try and avoid paying out a claim even when they know their insured is responsible. They may also make an offer to settle for far less than the full amount owed. This is unacceptable.
If you, or your loved one, have been hurt in a California traffic accident, we urge you to contact Johnson Attorneys Group today and speak with one of our experienced personal injury lawyers to help you.
