
Motorcyclist Killed, Passenger Injured
RIVERSIDE, Calif. (May 23, 2023) — Tony Dunn, 66, of Riverside, died early Sunday in a motorcycle accident at Indiana Avenue and Madison Street.
The two-vehicle crash occurred around 12:14 a.m. on May 21st, according to the Riverside County Sheriff Coroner.
Tony Dunn and his passenger were riding a 2000 Harley Davidson motorcycle westbound on Indiana Avenue. At the same time, a 20-year-old Fullerton resident was driving a silver 2010 Lexus sedan with two passengers in the same direction. The Lexus allegedly turned in front of the motorcycle rider and caused the two vehicles to collide.
Paramedics responded and located Tony Dunn suffering major injuries. Sadly he died at the scene of the crash. Meanwhile, medical crews transported his unidentified passenger to Riverside Community Hospital for treatment of moderate injuries.
Also, the occupants from the Lexus did not report any injuries from the collision. The case remains under investigation by the Riverside Police Department.
