Tracy Car Accident Interstate 205 Freeway at 11th Street

2-Vehicle, Rollover Crash on I-205 Freeway

TRACY, Calif. (August 21, 2024) — A major injury car accident in Tracy happened Wednesday morning on the eastbound Interstate 205 Freeway, just east of the 11th Street off ramp.

The two-vehicle collision left one vehicle overturned in a ditch, according to the California Highway Patrol report.

CHP officials reported the drivers of a black Chevrolet Equinox and a blue Subaru were involved.

A man from the Subaru was trapped with major injuries and reportedly experienced a seizure at the crash scene.

Bystanders were helping the victim out and the Stockton Fire Department responded to transport him to a hospital for further treatment.

Tow trucks responded to remove both of the vehicles from the freeway.

Investigators are working to determine fault for the car accident on the 205 Freeway in Tracy.
