Man Hit and Killed by Trailer Truck Near Schulte Road
Tracy, CA (August 28, 2022) – The California Highway Patrol group reported a deadly pedestrian accident that occurred on Gateway Boulevard Saturday morning.
According to the CHP dispatch, a trailer truck hit a man in the 25501 block of Gateway Boulevard in Tracy. The horrible crash took place in the area near Schulte Road.
Rescue teams responded to the accident scene shortly after 8:05 a.m. Our sources indicated medical personnel found a person lying on the ground. Despite life-saving measures performed by paramedics, the pedestrian sadly succumbed to their injuries and passed away. The identity of the deceased remained undisclosed pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
Several factors surrounding the unfortunate event have not been discussed thus far. At this time, detectives continue to investigate exactly how and why the deadly accident happened on Gateway Boulevard in Tracy.
