Tracy Ma, 50, Seriously Injured in San Francisco Hit-and-Run Crash
SAN FRANCISCO, CA (June 22, 2021) – A hit-and-run crash seriously injured Tracy Ma at Beach Street and Columbus Avenue in San Francisco.
KTVU News and SF Chronicle identified the 50-year-old Fremont woman as the victim of the collision which occurred on Monday afternoon.
The incident happened when Tracy Ma was crossing the intersection of Beach Street and Columbus Avenue in San Francisco. She was walking in a crosswalk at the time.
For an unknown reason, a vehicle struck her. Police said the driver involved hit the pedestrian in the Fisherman’s Wharf neighborhood on June 21 at around 5 p.m.

Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived at the scene and then found her down on the road. Tracy Ma sustained non-life-threatening injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel soon took her to a hospital for treatment. Friends set up a GoFundMe page to help cover the medical bills of the wounded patient.
Meanwhile, police affirmed that the motorist did not stop to render aid to the woman and fled the area. They described the car as a white Infiniti QX60 SUV with a California license plate number of 7MJJ084.
Officers believed that the SUV was stolen, and the plate has been involved in auto burglaries in the Fisherman’s Wharf area prior to the crash.
The San Francisco hit-and-run collision is still under investigation. Anyone with information can call the police at 415-575- 4444.
