SAN DIEGO COUNTY, Calif. (Feb. 23, 2023) — A southbound semi-truck crossed over the center divide into oncoming traffic on the northbound Interstate 5 Freeway in San Onofre. The big rig collided with an SUV and possibly two other motorists.
