Fremont Truck Accident on the I-880 Freeway
FREMONT, Calif. (August 22, 2022) — A semi-truck reportedly ran over a car Monday morning on the Interstate 880 Freeway near the Thornton Avenue off ramp.
The multi-vehicle Fremont crash happened Monday morning on August 22nd, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials say it occurred in the No. 2 lane and involved the truck, a gold Cadillac and a third vehicle.
Paramedics responded to help at least one person who suffered undisclosed injuries in the crash.
A tow truck responded to remove the Cadillac from the crash due to both front-end and rear-end damage.
Meanwhile, investigators are working on the case and will determine fault for the Fremont accident.
