At Least 1 Badly Hurt in Collision on 80 Freeway Saturday
Truckee, CA (September 11, 2021) – One person suffered injuries following a car accident that occurred on the Interstate 80 Freeway, the California Highway Patrol group reported.
Initial records indicated a vehicle overturned while traveling on the freeway in Truckee. Officials said the collision took place near the Donner Plaza Rest Area. The make and model of the automobile involved in the crash remained undisclosed.

Shortly after 12:20 a.m., emergency teams arrived at the crash site. Responding paramedics found at least one person with severe injuries. Authorities continue to withhold information on the victim pending confirmation.
