Major Injury Truckee Car Versus Truck Accident
TRUCKEE, Calif. (Sept. 10, 2021) — A Truckee crash on North Shore Road (State Route Highway 267) happened Friday between a semi-truck and a small sedan.
The California Highway Patrol reported the collision at 12:02 p.m. between a Subaru and the big rig truck.
A woman driving the Subaru was unconscious following the North Shore Road traffic accident, the report said. The incident took place near the Northstar Village Ice Skating Rink and Northstar Ski Resort entrance.

An air ambulance responded to transport her to a hospital due to major injuries. Meanwhile, it’s unknown if the truck driver suffered any injuries in the Truckee crash, according to the CHP report.
Investigators seek to determine the cause of the Truckee crash on North Shore Road. It’s unknown what led up to the collision between the two vehicles. Witnesses may contact the CHP. The report did not mention if any arrests or citations will be made.
