Major Injury Car Accident on Highway 190
TULARE COUNTY, Calif. (May 17, 2024) — A major injury rollover crash happened Friday morning on State Route 190 or Poplar Avenue in Tulare County at Road 176.
The multi-vehicle collision occurred at around 5:36 a.m. on May 17th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported a blue Chevrolet pickup truck overturned and landed on its roof after a collision with a dark sedan and another vehicle, the report said.
Paramedics from the Tulare County Fire Department responded and transported at least one person to a hospital with major injuries.
Meanwhile, a tow truck removed the damaged pickup truck from the roadway.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the Tulare County crash on Poplar Avenue.
