Motorcyclist, 61, Killed in Traffic Collision at Faith Home and E. Taylor Road Friday
Turlock, CA (April 16, 2021) – A motorcycle rider died following a road accident in the area of Faith Home and E Taylor Road Friday afternoon.
The Turlock Journal reported a 61-year-old man was riding a 2017 Harley Davidson heading north on Faith Home Road. On the other end of the roadway, 50-year-old Jhonny Torres was behind the wheel of a northbound 2007 Ford pickup truck.
Officials believed the two motorist approached the intersection at Taylor Road around the same time. Per news article published online, the Ford made a left turn onto E. Taylor Road while the motorcyclist kept going straight on Faith Home.
The motorcyclist ended up hitting the right front-end of the Ford at the Turlock intersection. The horrible crash took place at approximately 3:10 p.m.
When medical personnel arrived at the site, they found the motorcyclist overthrown into the road. Paramedics pronounced the Hilmar man dead at the scene. The name of the deceased remained undisclosed pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.

Meanwhile, the exact condition of Jhonny Torres after the incident have not been revealed thus far. The driver possible sustained minor or more serious injuries due to the force from the impact.
The California Highway Patrol group is the agency handling the investigation. Detectives assigned to handle the case continue to work to determine the precise cause of the fatal motorcycle accident in Turlock.
