Possible Injuries in Crash on I-5 Freeway in Tustin
TUSTIN, Calif. (Nov. 14, 2024) — At least three vehicles were involved in a Tustin collision on the southbound Interstate 5 Freeway, just south of State Route 55 in Orange County.
The multi-vehicle accident occurred in the slow lane of the I-5 around 9 a.m. on Nov. 14th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported a red Chrysler Pacifica was among the vehicles involved, but it’s unknown what caused the collision.
Paramedics responded with an ambulance to the scene where they checked on a newborn baby who was in one of the vehicles, but it’s unknown if the infant or anyone else was injured.
Also, at least two of the vehicles were taken off the freeway due to damage.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the collision on the Interstate 5 Freeway in Tustin.
