Head-on Crash on Highway 108 at Sugar Pine Road
TWAIN HARTE, Calif. (March 29, 2018) — Two drivers collided in a head-on crash Thursday afternoon on Highway 108 at Sugar Pine Road, in Tuolumne County, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The crash took place about 12:34 p.m. between a white Ford Explorer SUV and a blue Honda Civic.
At this time, we do not know who is responsible for this traffic collision. Typically, one driver has the right-of-way and a driver who violates that will be considered at fault. It’s not always so easy, however, to recover losses from an insurance company after a car accident. Indeed, the adjusters will do everything they can to minimize your losses and get you to settle for less than what you are owed.
This happens when a person is often overwhelmed by the onslaught of hospital bills, lost wages and other expenses resulting from the collision.
