Twayne Rogers Found on 4th Street On Ramp to 55 Freeway

SANTA ANA, California (July 27, 2017) – The body of Twayne Rogers was found Thursday afternoon on the 4th Street on ramp to the State Route 55 Costa Mesa Freeway, a California Highway Patrol report said.

The man’s body was found about 1:53 p.m. this afternoon. Both lanes of the on ramp were blocked for the investigation into what led to his death. Police did not say whether it was a collision or some other reason for his death.

Investigation into Fatality

The incident is under investigation by police.
