1 Injured in Twentynine Palms Crash at Amboy Road and Godwin Road
TWENTYNINE PALMS, CA (August 30, 2021) – At least one was hospitalized after a car crash at Amboy Road and Godwin Road in Twentynine Palms.
The California Highway Patrol dispatch team said the accident occurred on Monday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck at about 12:25 p.m.
According to CHP, two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Twentynine Palms. They crashed at the intersection of Amboy Road and Godwin Road.
2 Vehicles Collide
The incident log added that one of the cars involved obtained moderate damage upon impact. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene.
Medical personnel found one person who sustained minor injuries as a result of the collision. They then took the patient to the Loma Linda University Health – Murrieta for treatment.
Officials did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at the moment. Meanwhile, CHP forced the area of Amboy and Godwin roads to shut down following the wreck.
The cause of the Twentynine Palms crash is still under investigation.
