Two Killed in Christmas Day Crash on Eagle Rock Boulevard

LOS ANGELES, Calif. (Dec. 29, 2025) – A driver and passenger both died on Christmas Day when their vehicle crashed into a tree and caught on fire along Eagle Rock Boulevard in the Glassell Park area of Los Angeles, authorities said.
The solo-vehicle collision occurred around 11:06 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 25th at 3426 N. Eagle Rock Blvd. near West Avenue 34, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Firefighters responded to help those involved, however, both people were pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner has not identified the victims.
