One Vehicle Overturned, Two Passengers Injured
NOVATO, Calif. (June 12, 2024) — A two-vehicle car accident happened Wednesday morning on Novato Boulevard near Point Reyes Petaluma Road in Marin County.
The traffic accident occurred at around 11:26 AM on June 12th 2024 in Novato, Calif., according to the California Highway Patrol.
A truck carrying concrete and gravel, overturned and hit another unknown vehicle. The passengers in the unknown vehicle, a man and a woman, were reported to be injured. The injured passengers were reported to be both conscious and breathing. All the lanes of the roadway where this accident occurred were completely blocked. The Marin County Fire Department was called on the scene, along with tow trucks to remove the damaged cars.
Paramedics responded and located the two passengers who were in the unknown vehicle and anyone else who may have been injured due to the collision, and transported them to a nearby hospital for treatment of unknown injuries at this time.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the car accident on Novato Boulevard, in Novato California.
