Minor Injury Crash on Interstate 605 Freeway
WEST WHITTIER, Calif. (March 27, 2023) — A two-vehicle crash happened Monday afternoon on the Interstate 605 Freeway near the Slauson Avenue off ramp in the West Whittier.
The vehicles collided in the northbound lanes of the I-605 Freeway around 1:54 p.m. on March 27th.
The drivers of a green Kia SUV and a black Honda Civic sedan were involved, according to a California Highway Patrol. The Honda subsequently caught on fire following the collision.
Paramedics responded due to undisclosed minor injuries involved in the collision.
Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the 605 Freeway crash.
