Minor Injury Collision Thursday on Arnold Drive in Temelec
SONOMA COUNTY, Calif., (June 12, 2026) — A minor injury crash involving two SUVs occurred Thursday afternoon on Arnold Drive near West Watmaugh Road in the Temelec area of Sonoma County.
The incident was reported on Thursday, June 11th at approximately 3:25 p.m. and involved a silver Toyota SUV and a black SUV of possibly BMW or Mercedes make. Initially categorized as a major injury accident, it was later downgraded to a minor injury collision.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the silver Toyota SUV veered off the road into a nearby vineyard, while the black SUV remained blocking the roadway. Debris was scattered across the lanes, causing temporary disruptions.
Occupants of both vehicles were reportedly out of their vehicles when emergency services arrived. The road was cleared by 4:19 p.m., and the scene was investigated thoroughly by responding officers to assess the situation and gather evidence.
Authorities are conducting an investigation into the cause of the crash and are encouraging any witnesses to come forward with information that might aid in the inquiry.
