The incident was reported at approximately 6:26 p.m. in the southbound lanes of I-280, just south of El Monte Road. According to the California Highway Patrol, a white Audi sedan collided with a black, unidentified sedan. The collision caused the Audi to block lane 1, while the other vehicle was reportedly in the center divider.

Emergency responders, including fire units, quickly arrived on the scene to manage the situation and ensure the safety of those involved. At 6:45 p.m., the incident was updated from unknown injuries to minor injuries, indicating that the parties involved did not sustain severe harm.
