Tyler Johnson, 23, Killed in Collision on San Diego (5) Freeway Saturday
San Juan Capistrano, CA (May 15, 2021) – Tyler Johnson, a 23-year-old man, died following a traffic accident on Interstate 5 Saturday morning.
According to My News LA, Tyler Johnson was riding a motorcycle heading north on I-5, also known as San Diego Freeway. When the motorcyclist approached the area near Junipero Serra Road, he crashed for an unknown reason.

Our sources indicated Tyler Johnson suffered injuries as a result of the collision. Responding medical personnel transported him to Providence Mission Hospital Mission Viejo where he later died.
Authorities said the catastrophic incident took place at about 12:45 a.m.
At this time, several factors surrounding the unfortunate event remained unclear. Investigators handling the case continue to work to determine whether another motorist contributed to the accident that killed Tyler Johnson, of Aliso Viejo.
