Tyler Swanson, 30, Victim in Pedestrian Accident
DATE OF COLLISION: Sunday, September 16th
September 19, 2018- According to KION News, Tyler Swanson, 30, has been identified as the man fatally injured following a pedestrian accident over the weekend on Sunday night.
Authorities report that Swanson had been walking along southbound Corralitos when a female motorist erratically swerved to the right and struck the 30-year-old man.
Swanson, a resident of Corralitos and employee of Monterey Bay Catering for several years, was sadly pronounced dead at the scene upon the arrival of California Highway Patrol officials.
Woman, 27, ID’d as Driver
Meanwhile, the driver of the involved vehicle only being ID’d as a 27-year-old woman remained at the scene and was not believed to be under the influence or plaed under arrest.
No further details have been provided at this time while CHP handles the full investigation.
