Major Injury Collision on Highway 101 Thursday
Ukiah, CA (April 15, 2021) – A car accident that occurred on U.S. Route 101 resulted in injuries Thursday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol dispatch.
Our sources indicated a vehicle crashed for an unknown reason in the southbound side of US-101 at the West Road offramp. The force from the impact resulted in moderate front-end damage to the car, officials said. However, the make and model of the vehicle involved in the collision remained unknown at this time.
At Least 1 Badly Hurt After Car Crash in Ukiah, April 15
Medical personnel arrived at the accident scene shortly after 5:15 p.m. Responding paramedics immediately rendered aid to possible victims. After the evaluation, authorities confirmed one person sustained major injuries as a result of the wreck. The name of the injured party, and their condition at this time have not been revealed thus far.
Detectives assigned to handle the case continue to investigate the precise cause of the car accident in Ukiah.
