2 Hospitalized After Collision on Highway 101
Ukiah, CA (August 15, 2022) – Two people suffered injuries following a traffic crash that occurred on Highway 101, the Redheaded Blackbelt News reported.
Multi-Vehicle Accident in Ukiah
Officials said a PG&E Service truck collided with a big rig on the highway between Ukiah and Hopland. According to the article published online, a third vehicle involved in the crash veered off the roadway and struck the bridge. The make and model of the third car found at the scene have not bee revealed thus far.
Shortly after 6:20 a.m., emergency crews arrived at the location. Responding paramedics found two people suffering in injuries. Our sources mentioned an ambulance transported the patients to Ukiah Valley Adventist Health Hospital for further treatment and evaluation.
Detectives stayed at the scene the whole morning. They continue to investigate the exact circumstances that led up to the collision on Highway 101 in Ukiah.
