Man Riding Scooter Hospitalized After Collision on West 28th Street Sunday
University Park, CA (March 6, 2022) – One person suffered injuries following a traffic accident that occurred Sunday on West 28th Street, the KTLA News reported.

Our sources indicated a man was riding a scooter in University Park at about 6 p.m. For reasons still unclear, the motorcyclist collided with a sedan in the 500 block of West 28th Street.
The horrible crash took place at approximately 6 p.m.
When rescue teams arrived at the location, they found the scooter rider trapped underneath the car. The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to the incident and worked extensively to free the victim. After the extrication process, paramedics rushed the man to a local hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries. Personal information on the patient remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
Detectives stayed at the scene the whole evening to investigate several unclear factors surrounding the traffic crash on West 28th Street in University Park.
