Upland Car Accident Interstate 210 Freeway and Mountain Avenue
Multi-Vehicle Collision on I-210 Freeway in Upland
UPLAND, Calif. (Feb. 6, 2024) — A multi-vehicle Upland car accident happened Tuesday afternoon on the westbound Interstate 210 Freeway at Mountain Avenue.
The collision occurred at around 12:35 p.m. on Feb. 6th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the drivers of a black Ford Mustang sedan, a black Toyota 4Runner SUV, a Honda Civic, and a Jeep were involved in the accident.
Authorities were alerted by a crash detection device in the Mustang. Police believe the Ford “crossed all traffic lanes” and collided with the other vehicles. Paramedics responded to help at least one person hurt in the crash located in the HOV and Nos. 1 and 2 lanes.
It’s unknown if anyone was hospitalized, but an ambulance was on scene.
Meanwhile, two trucks removed at least two of the vehicles from the freeway due to damage.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the accident on the 210 Freeway in Upland.
