1 Seriously Injured in Upland Crash on 10 Freeway at Euclid Avenue
UPLAND, CA (November 24, 2021) – At least one was seriously injured after a car crash on the 10 Freeway and Euclid Avenue in Upland.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch team, the accident took place on Wednesday evening. Officers reported the wreck shortly after 6 p.m.
CHP said five vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Upland. They crashed on the westbound side of the 10 Freeway at Euclid Avenue.
Multiple Vehicles Collide
CHP added that one of the cars involved rolled onto its side due to the impact of the collision. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene.
They found one person who ended up suffering from major injuries as a result of the wreck. Medical personnel then took the patient to a hospital for treatment.
The report did not release the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, CHP forced the westbound 10 Freeway at Euclid to shut down following the incident.
The cause of the Upland crash is still under investigation.
