Victim ID’d as 47-year-old Kristen Pretzer
UPLAND (April 1, 2016)- According to the Press-Enterprise, a deadly hit-and-run resulted in the death of a pedestrian Wednesday early morning along South Mountain Avenue.
Police officials received notifcation of a pedestrian woman lying on the sidewalk after being struck by a vehicle while walking in the road at roughly 2:00 a.m.
Authorities described the scene as lots of debris was scattered all over the road while the female victim lay unresponsive. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
An article by the Daily Bulletin identified the woman as 47-year-old Kristen Pretzer, of Upland.
At this time, there have been no leads on the hit-and-run suspect or the vehicle involved in the collision.
