Motorcyclist Killed in Upper Lake Crash on Highway 20 Monday
UPPER LAKE (May 27, 2019) – A motorcyclist was killed after a traffic collision along Highway near a gas station late Monday night.
The California Highway Patrol said a Harley Davidson motorcycle and a Chrysler vehicle collided for an unknown reason on Highway 20 near the Pomo Pumps gas station on Memorial Day.

According to Lake County News, a third car might have been involved in the fatal accident which was reported just before 11:40 p.m. near Reclamation Cutoff, just west of Nice.
Motorcycle and Car Crash on Highway 20 Near Pomo Pumps
Northshore Fire Battalion responded to the site and found the rider down in the roadway as a result of the crash. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, both lanes of the highway were forced to briefly shut down following the wreck but was reopened shortly before 3 a.m. Tuesday.
The name of the deceased party has not been yet released pending notification of next of kin. The cause of the incident remains under investigation.
