2-Vehicle Crash in Vacaville on the I-80 Freeway
VACAVILLE, Calif. (April 15, 2022) — A two-vehicle Vacaville car accident on the Interstate 80 Freeway happened Friday afternoon.
The traffic collision occurred in the eastbound lanes of the I-80 about 12:30 p.m. on April 15th, near Peabody Road and Elmira Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The drivers of a black Mercedes Benz and a white Toyota Corolla collided due to unknown circumstances. Paramedics responded and reported at least three people suffered injuries in the crash, but there are no further details.
Meanwhile, it’s unknown what led up to the traffic accident.
Tow trucks responded to remove both of the damaged vehicles.
Investigators are working on the case and will determine fault for the Vacaville car accident.
