FATAL PEDESTRIAN ACCIDENTVAN NUYS, California (March 13, 2017) —  Vahan Khachatryan, 84, was killed Sunday night when he was struck by a hit-and-run driver on Burbank Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

The collision took place about 11:35 p.m. last night, between Tyrone and Sylmar avenues.
