Pedestrian Injured in Valencia Crash on McBean Parkway Near Mall
SANTA CLARITA, CA (April 10, 2022) – A pedestrian was hospitalized after a crash on McBean Parkway near a mall in Valencia.
According to an article published by the Hometown Station, the accident took place on Wednesday afternoon. Officers reported the collision at around 1:45 p.m.
The incident happened on April 6 when a vehicle struck the pedestrian for an unknown reason in the Valencia neighborhood. The driver hit the person on McBean Parkway near the Granary Square mall.
Victim Hit by Vehicle
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene. They found the victim who ended up hurt as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then took the patient to a hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries. The report did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, officials did not mention if the motorist stopped and stayed at the site after hitting the person. Officers forced a stretch of McBean Parkway to shut down near the mall following the incident.
The cause of the Valencia pedestrian crash is still under investigation.
