3 Injured in Vermont Knolls Crash on Florence Avenue Thursday
LOS ANGELES (August 20, 2020) – Three were injured after a traffic collision along Florence Avenue in the Vermont Knolls neighborhood on Thursday morning.
According to reports by My News LA and Patch, officers received a call about the accident at around 9:35 a.m. in the 900 block of West Florence Boulevard.
Los Angeles Fire Department said at least four vehicles, including a Metro transit bus, collided for an unknown reason on Florence Avenue near Vermont Avenue.

One of the cars involved rolled onto its side as a result of the crash. Firefighters along with the paramedics responded to the scene and rescued one person trapped in the overturned vehicle.
Medical personnel provided treatment to three people who suffered unspecified injuries following the wreck. Their names and condition at this time were not disclosed.
Officials affirmed that none of the wounded parties were passengers on the bus. Authorities are still investigating the cause of the incident.
