Victor Guillen Killed in Sacramento Bicycle Accident

Cyclist Dies in Hit-and-Run Collision at 21st and Stockton

Sacramento, CA (March 21, 2023) – Victor Guillen, a 54-year-old man, suffered fatal injuries following a bicycle accident that occurred in the area of 21st Avenue at Stockton Boulevard.

On March 18, Saturday, Guillen was on a bicycle riding in the streets of Sacramento. The CBS News reported the cyclist entered the intersection of 21st and Stockton, and was struck by a passing vehicle. The driver involved in the crash left the scene before police arrived.

Fatal Bicycle Accident in Sacramento

According to the article published online, the bicycle rider sustained life-threatening injuries. Responding paramedics attempted to resuscitate the victim but he sadly succumbed to his injuries and passed away at the scene. The Sacramento Police Department later identified the deceased as Victor Guillen.

No immediate information was available on the hit-and-run suspect in the fatal collision. The Major Collision Investigation Unit Detectives continue to work at this time to determine several unclear factors surrounding the deadly crash in Sacramento.
