Ocampo, Fisher and Jensen Killed in Lancaster Crash at Avenue H and 30th Street West
LANCASTER (August 15, 2019) – Four people killed after a traffic accident at Avenue H and 30th Street West Wednesday have been identified.
The three deceased occupants of the silver Volkswagen Jetta involved were as 59-year-old Victor Ocampo, 38-year-old Wendy Marie Fisher and 26-year-old Samantha Kathline Jensen.
The fourth fatally injured party, 41-year-old Thomas Saint Andrew, was the operator of a tan Toyota Avalon who allegedly ran a red light and caused the tragic crash.
Lancaster Sheriff’s Station said the Avalan was going west on West Avenue H while the Jetta was traveling north on 30th Street West when the two collided at the intersection.

According to reports by KTLA and The Antelope Valley Times, the Volkswagen slammed into a signal pole upon impact. Ocampo, Fisher and Jensen were all ejected from their car following the collision.
Ocampo and Jensen were pronounced dead at the scene while Fisher succumbed to her injuries while being transported to Antelope Valley Hospital.
Meanwhile, deputies affirmed that Saint Andrew was taken to a hospital where he passed away. The fatal incident occurred on August 14 just after 12 p.m.
All four individuals were reportedly residents of Lancaster. The tragic wreck remains under investigation.
