VICTORVILLE, California (February 23, 2017) – Two were hospitalized after a head-on collision in the area of Hesperia Road and Cherry Hill Drive Thursday afternoon, according to The Daily Press.
The accident, involving two vehicles, was reported just after 2 p.m. at the intersection.
As per the article, Victorville Sheriff’s Station said a man driving a gray Ford Taurus south on Hesperia Road entered the left turn lane as he approached the intersection.
The Ford then collided with a gray Chevy Avalanche which was going north at the time.
Deputies affirmed that the male driver of the Taurus and his passenger were taken by ground ambulance to Victor Valley Global Medical Center with injuries ranging from minor to moderate degree. Their names were not released.
Meanwhile, Victor Valley News wrote that the the two male occupants of the Avalanche were unharmed. The incident is still under investigation.
