2 Badly Injured in Car Crash on 15 Freeway
DATE OF COLLISION: Monday, December 24th
December 24, 2018 – Two vehicles collided on the Interstate 15 Freeway on Christmas eve, according to Victor Valley News.
At approximately 6:53 p.m., a 2000 Oldsmobile Alero and an unknown type of pickup truck crashed on the southbound side of the interstate between Roy Rogers Drive and Palmdale Road.

Responding medical teams reportedly found a male party ejected from the pickup truck. That man was rushed to a hospital and then airlifted to a trauma center in unknown condition.
Authorities added a female party was trapped inside the wreckage, and had to be extricated. After being pulled out, the woman was flown to an out-of-area trauma center in serious condition.
The names of both patients have not been disclosed thus far.
According to the California Highway Patrol incident logs, both vehicles had rolled during the crash and sustained major damage following the impact.
The Palmdale Road offramp was temporarily closed after the incident to give way to the investigation. Detectives handling the case continue to work to determine exactly what happened here and why.
