1 Badly Injured After Alleged DUI Crash Near Tawney Ridge Lane
DATE OF COLLISION: Monday, September 3rd
September 4, 2018 – A suspected DUI collision resulted in injuries Monday afternoon on Village Drive, according to Victor Valley News.
At approximately 4:41 p.m., a Mustang crashed into a white Chevy Equinox along Village Drive near Tawney Ridge Lane.
Responding paramedics reportedly found at least two injured parties at the scene.
As per article, a male passenger was trapped in the wreckage and it took firefighters about 10 minutes to free the man. That person was reportedly transported by AMR to Victor Valley Global Medical Center, then further airlifted to a trauma center with life-threatening injuries.

Meanwhile, officials said the Mustaing driver was possibly drunk at the time of the crash. The alleged DUI motorist apparently left the scene on foot and was brought back to the scene for medical attention. The man was transported by ground ambulance to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
The detectives handling the case continue to investigate the case at this time.
